ADULT PATIENT VISITOR RULES
Visiting hours are every day from 13:00 - 14:00 and 19:00 - 20:00; visits should be short.
For special patient areas (ICU, delivery rooms, etc.), visitor rules are determined per unit.
Children should not be brought as visitors for the child’s physiological and psychological safety.
Do not bring outside food or drinks to protect patient health.
Visitors with contagious respiratory or contact-transmitted diseases should postpone their visit.
Do not sit on patient beds.
Respect the privacy of patients and their families during visits.
To protect the health of patients and yourself, avoid direct physical contact.
Wash hands or use hand sanitizer before and after visiting.
Fresh flowers are not allowed due to infection risk.
Do not interfere with treatment equipment (IV sets, oxygen meters, etc.).
Do not use mobile phones in medical equipment areas.
Smoking is prohibited inside the hospital and in fire escapes.
You may submit feedback or suggestions in suggestion/complaint boxes or contact the patient rights unit.

CHILD PATIENT VISITOR RULES
Visiting hours are every day from 13:00 - 14:00 and 19:00 - 20:00; visits should be short.
Children with contagious diseases (chickenpox, measles, influenza, etc.) or recent viral infections (fever, rash, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, etc.), or those with a rash history in the past four weeks, should not visit.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult during the visit.
Under adult supervision, children may visit specific clinics (as approved by the clinic chief and Infection Control Committee) at designated times, not exceeding 15 minutes per visit.
In clinics permitting children, a maximum of two children/ siblings/ friends may visit at once with an adult, for no more than 5 minutes.
Children may enter the unit only after proper hand hygiene at the entrance.
During outbreaks (community or hospital-related), the Infection Control Committee or unit supervisor may restrict or modify visiting hours.
Children are not allowed in ICUs, Pediatric ICUs, or Neonatal ICUs.
