To make an appointment via MHRS, you can call our ALO 182 line and get support from our operators.
To make an appointment via the web:
If you do not have a membership, click the "Make an Appointment" button and then select "Sign Up" on the screen that appears to complete your registration. If you already have a membership, you can create your appointment by selecting the hospital and physician you want using your ID number and password.
To make an appointment via the MHRS mobile app:
Download the MHRS application from your device’s app store. If you do not have a membership, you can create one; if you do, log in with your ID number and password to make your appointment.
