Mother and Baby

Prenatal School

Pregnancy is the most miraculous experience in a woman’s life, and childbirth is the wonderful day when a new life begins. One of the most important preparations you can make for yourself and your baby during this special period is to attend a prenatal class. Pregnancy and childbirth are entirely natural and physiological processes. With accurate information and counseling, prenatal classes now make it possible to experience pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period more enjoyably and healthily, learn methods to facilitate your delivery, and gain insights into baby care.

Prenatal School Program

The program aims to ensure that all expectant mothers and their relatives are informed about prenatal, childbirth, and postpartum periods and are able to give birth consciously. It also aims to provide knowledge and skills regarding normal labor, pain management, and adopting new roles. All these trainings and more will be conducted verbally, visually, and through some hands-on sessions, and a participation certificate will be awarded upon completion of the training modules.
