DEAR PATIENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS
Upon admission, a wristband will be placed on your arm. It must remain on your wrist during your stay to ensure all procedures are safely performed.
Treatments approved by your doctor will be administered by your nurse at the scheduled time.
Your doctor will provide information about your illness.
Do not take any medications other than those prescribed by your doctor. If you brought any medications, give them to the nurse.
Always use the hand sanitizer in your room before and after touching the patient, and ensure the patient does the same.
If a “High Risk of Falling” sign is at the bedside, the patient should not get up alone.
Keep the bed rails raised to prevent falls.
Only one companion per patient is allowed. Companions must carry their companion card at all times.
Place your personal belongings in the lockers provided in the clinic.
Companions should not perform any procedures without the doctor’s or nurse’s guidance.
In an emergency, use the nurse call button at the bedside to reach your nurse.
You can adjust your bed using the side buttons. Notify your nurse in special situations.
Meal times: Breakfast 06:00 - 07:30, Lunch 12:00 - 13:00, Dinner 17:00 - 18:00.
Do not bring outside food or drinks to protect patient health.
Visiting hours: 13:00 - 14:00 and 19:00 - 20:00. Children visitors are not allowed.
Smoking and alcohol use are prohibited in the hospital.
You may submit feedback or suggestions in the suggestion/complaint boxes or contact the patient rights unit.
In emergencies or disasters, follow the emergency exit signs and use the nearest exit.
